Lectotype Designation for the Extinct Columbella (Anachis) Semicostata Sacco in Bellardi, 1890 (Columbellidae Gastropoda) with Notes on Its Intraspecific Pattern Variability and Distribution
Article Main Content
Anachis semicostata (Sacco in Bellardi,1890) is recorded for the first time outside of the Italian region and its pattern variability is described, discussed, and illustrated with photographic evidence using UV light. A lectotype and two paralectotypes are also designated to stabilize its validity for further research,
